The information we collect is used strictly to improve your experience with our agency. We use your contact details to respond to inquiries, follow up on project discussions, share proposals or invoices, and deliver services effectively. Internally, we may analyze anonymized user behavior to enhance our website’s performance and usability. You won’t receive marketing emails from us unless you explicitly opt in, and we never sell or trade your personal information to outside parties. Our focus is on providing value through transparent and respectful communication.

Cookies and Technologies

We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. It records anonymous page views along with the referring site, browser, operating system, device type, and approximate country. Vercel does not store your IP address for this; visitors are counted using a hash that resets daily, so it cannot identify you or follow you across other websites.

To operate efficiently and deliver the best service possible, we use third-party tools such as our website hosting provider, Google Analytics, cloud-based project management platforms, email service providers, and secure payment gateways. These tools may process limited personal data on our behalf. However, we ensure that any third party we work with is reputable, secure, and fully compliant with privacy regulations. They’re only given access to the data necessary for their service, and they are contractually obligated to protect it and use it only for authorized purposes.

Our website is hosted on Vercel. When you submit our contact form, your submission is sent to us by email through Resend. When the map on our homepage loads, your browser requests map images from Mapbox, which receives your IP address.

Your Rights

If you’d like to review the personal information we have on file, correct outdated or inaccurate details, or request deletion of your data, just reach out to us. You also have the right to withdraw any consent or opt out of communications at any time. We respect your choice and will respond to any requests as quickly and transparently as possible.
